    1. I have added the Canadian carriers e-mail to text gateways to the list. This is not on the App Store yet. Anyone who wants this now please let me know. I can send a TestFlight invitation.

    1. Yes, you may select any person correct the e-mail address and then tap the action button to send a notification to just that person.

    1. Please make sure you have a data connection, wifi or cellular when you send. Also check settings “send settings”. What is your send method set to? Do you have your correct email address entered?

    1. Did you get any error message when sending? Please let me keep know how you have it setup. Are the notifications set for email or text? If text make sure you have the correct carrier set for each person. Also make surer your from email address is set correctly. You may check the “options” log as well to see if it shows any errors.

  1. I set up a family gift exchange for 13 people. Only those who had Verizon received a text. The 6 family members that had AT&T did not receive anything. Not sure if AT&T has a filter to prevent text from web service. I think you need to figure out a way around this.
    This is a major problem with the app

  2. Hi,
    I a the “administrator” in the gift exchange group. I a receiving emails for suggestions. I have added those suggestions for the people, when I hit done it will ask me if I want to send out the suggestion to the person who has it. It’s been about 15 min and there is a message still saying it’s being sent.

    1. It should only take a few seconds to send. Is it possible your wifi or cellular internet connection was interrupted. If it does not time out with an error you may have to terminate the app. Double-tap on the home button then swipe up on the app. Check the summary log to see if it shows any error indication. You can make a slight change such as adding a period to the suggestion to try again.

  3. I figured it out.
    When sending via text to ATT customer, you have to go in and select a different carrier then select ATT Wireless.

    1. Hi Kathy, if you are using native mode the from address will be automatic. Otherwise it will show up in the send settings screen. Are you using an iPhone or iPad?

  4. I have tried to update a person with gift suggestions. It has asked if I want it sent to the person who has that name but when I try to do so, it indicates “sending ” and never goes through no matter how long I give it

  5. Unable to send out notification via email. Paid app. App. kept prompting unable to authenticate email. No issue with lite app. So this is additionally frustrating.

    Why does app says it wishes to have permission to read, delete, and manage emails and folders?!

    1. You can go to send settings and switch to native mode to not require authentication. It will then send just like lite app. Each notification will pop up the send screen. It will use the authentication already set up in the phone.

    me to Google account where there is a request for:

    Like I mentioned. Not such issue with the lite app. In fact, I have sent our using the lite app and am retreating this paid app very much. ;(

  7. I created this gift exchange for my family. The text/email to my DIL Ashley is not going through even though the log says it is successful. My son is on the same carrier in the same room with her and his went through. Is there a way I can see who her person is so I can just send her the name?

    1. You may change the number or email address for the person and then with just that person selected select the action button to resend the notification for that person. Also if you have an AirPrint printer you may select print to print the notification for that person. Depending on your iOS version if you select print you may see a preview even if you do not have a printer.

      I’m sorry this seems to be a problem in some cases. I am working on fix. In the mean time you may be able to add a couple of dummy participants and set them as “inactive” so that those will be at the bottom of the list and you can edit the other ones.
